PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system and the like for improving the processing efficiency. SOLUTION: A projector 100 includes: an input part 110 for inputting intra-function control information in which a current state, a required function, and behavioral information indicating behavior to each request in each state are related to one another; a generation part 120 for generating definition data in which the intra-function control information is grouped for each kind and order of priority of the behavioral information; and a control unit 140 for controlling an object to be controlled so that when an event for requesting the function to be executed occurs, the definition data are referred to in accordance with the order of priority on the basis of the current state and the function to be requested and the behavior in accordance with the function to be requested is obtained.
