PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the commodity delivery device of an automatic vending machine for responding to the requisition of the miniaturization of the merchandise outlet of an automatic vending machine. SOLUTION: In a commodity delivery device 20 of an automatic vending machine equipped with a commodity reception part 21 for receiving commodity W conveyed from the automatic vending machine, the commodity receiving part 21 is provided with a commodity placing part 221 installed at the back side of the commodity delivery outlet 14 for placing the conveyed commodity W; a commodity guiding member 26 arranged at the side part of the commodity placing part 221 for guiding the commodity W to the commodity placing part 221; a driving device 24 arranged in a space generated by installing the commodity guiding member 26; and a commodity extraction door 25 arranged so as to be rockable between one side board 23 and the driving device 24 configuring the commodity receiving part 21 for closing the commodity delivery outlet 14 when it is closed by the driving device 24, and for opening the commodity delivery outlet 14 when it is opened by the driving device 24 so that the commodity W placed at the commodity placing part 221 can be put in an extractable status.
