PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of update information, and to prevent an job not confirmed by approval processing from being executed. SOLUTION: Job definition information required for a job system, job dependence information, and schedule information are saved in a storage section. When the job definition information 10a is updated, its difference is saved in the storage section. Information 10e indicating the execution is allowed, approved by a system administrator who has confirmed update difference information 10d is saved in an approval database. When executing a job, a check section 10f of information difference compares the storage section to the information of the approval database. Only when they coinide, the job can be executed.
