PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of external synchronization that can perform control processing in synchronism with synchronizing signals output from a host device without taking into consideration clock difference. SOLUTION: The control device 2 comprises an interrupt circuit 21 generating synchronous interrupt signals; a control cycle generating circuit 26 generating control cycle signals for performing control processing in a fixed cycle; the interrupt circuit 21 generating control interrupt signals; an input-output circuit 23 inputting data from the host device 1 and outputting data to the host device; a synchronous interrupt processing section 24; and a control interrupt processing section 25. The control cycle generating circuit 26 generating control cycle signals for performing control processing in the fixed cycle, generates control cycle signals in a cycle of a control cycle set value 27 set in the synchronous interrupt processing section 24.
