PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase purification efficiency by improving a supporter for wrapping purification materials so that the supporter can freely move about in a liquid. SOLUTION: A purification element 23 where a plurality of the purification materials are wrapped with a mesh supporter is produced. The specific gravity of the purification element 23 is made equal to or lower than that of water. A water purification part 22 is installed in a part of a main water tank 21 used as a pool or a bathtub, and the purification elements 23 are made to float in the water purification part 22. When a part other than the water purification part 22 is used as a pool or a bathtub, its vibration is transmitted to the water purification part 22 to make the purification element 23 move about in the water purification part 22.
