<p>An overheat steam cooker is provided including a heating housing (31) having an internal casing (32) forming therein an accommodating space to accommodate foods, an external casing (33) spacedly disposed outside the internal casing (32), and a vacuum insulation payer disposed between the internal casing (32) and the external casing (33). The cooker further includes an overheated steam generator (50) which generates overheated steam to be supplied into the heating housing (31) and an exhaust device (60) having an exhaust pipe (61) through which the steam supplied into the heating housing (31) is discharged. Thus, an overheat steam cooker with improved thermal efficiency is provided.</p> |
