The bearing comprises an elastomer-metal part (3) with inner ball bearing part (4), and elastomer body (9) with support rings (10,11) formed as deformable plastics rings which in the production state of the elastomer metal part are oversized in diameter compared to the diameter of the bearing housing (2) so that they can be fitted in the bearing housing by pressing in the elastomer metal part whereby a radial inner ring gap is left from the adjoining area of the inner part (4) of the bearing. The plastics support rings are preferably vulcanised on the elastomer body axially from both sides.
