A method for transmitting audio visual stream ahead according to user commands and a receiver and transmitter for implementing the same are provided to enable the use of full-visibility data by making filtering time considerably exceed the time required for setting up a stream. A user inputs the first command in order to watch the first audio visual data channel through a device. In response to the input of the first command, a server transmits the first stream corresponding to the first channel to the device in a full-visibility mode. In transmitting the first audio visual stream to the device, the server, in response to the input of the first command, transmits the second stream to the device. The second stream, of which the bandwidth is smaller than the first stream, transmits the audio visual data of the second channel. The second channel is received by a full-visibility mode stream as the second command is inputted after the first command. |
