<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for the maintenance of a lower unit. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: the lower unit having a first main body section and a first lid member disposed so as to be freely opened or closed; an upper unit disposed above the lower unit and having a second main body and a second lid member disposed so as to be freely opened or closed; and an opening/closing regulation mechanism 101 that keeps the second lid member closed when the first lid member is opened and keeps the first lid member closed when the second lid member is opened.
