<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking control device for a vehicle capable of securing a high security level while suppressing degradation of convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle side rolling code is recorded in a memory 21M, and a vehicle control part 21 carries out locking/unlocking regulation control of forbidding locking/unlocking of a door lock based on a locking/unlocking operation signal when the value of a portable unit side rolling code included in the locking/unlocking operation signal is larger than a threshold value preset to the value of the vehicle side rolling code recorded in the memory 21M.
