PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured film which has good adhesion even to an unprimed substrate of e.g., a polycarbonate resin and has excellent scratch resistance and excellent transparency. SOLUTION: The cured film is one wherein (meth)acrylic acid ester organic microparticles or styrene organic microparticles of an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm are dispersed in a Si-O-bond-containing matrix. Desirably, the cured film is one wherein colloidal silica of an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm and/or an inorganic ultraviolet absorber of an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm are further dispersed in the Si-O-bond-containing matrix.
