PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device with a built-in touch panel of which visibility has been improved, by disposing color filters of three primary colors and a black matrix on the touch panel side, rather than on the display device side. SOLUTION: The display device 12 in the information display device 11 with a built-in touch panel which comprises the display device 12 for displaying information, and a touch panel 13, by which to input information to be displayed in the display device 12 is a display device of a black-and-white charged-particle drive type. The touch panel 13 is a touch panel, in which transparent color filters 7R, 7G, and 7B of three primary colors are disposed at the positions, corresponding to the pixels of the display device 12.
