PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias tee capable of appropriately measuring RF, DC and pulsation. SOLUTION: An RF and pulse bias tee 10 for use with a source measure unit (SMU) includes an SMU source terminal 30; an SMU measure terminal 24; an output terminal 20; an SMU measure terminal pulse/RF block 22 between the SMU measure terminal 24 and the output terminal20; an SMU source terminal high frequency block 28 having two end nodes and an intermediate node 32, the end nodes being connected between the SMU source terminal and the output terminal; an RF input terminal 18; a pulse/DC block 16 between the RF input terminal 18 and the output terminal 20; a pulse input terminal 14; and a DC block 12 between the pulse input terminal 14 and the intermediate node 32.
