PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently radiate heat generated in a TOSA (transmitting optical sub-assembly) and a ROSA (receiving optical sub-assembly) located in parallel within an encapsulator (cover) of a light transceiver without causing thermal coupling between the TOSA and the ROSA. SOLUTION: Heat generated in a TOSA 15 and a ROSA 16 is transmitted via a heat radiating sheet 40 or directly to a heat radiating member 41 to be radiated from the heat radiating member 41. The heat radiating member 41 has a central flat section 41c contacted with a cover inner wall 50a of a light transceiver 1, TOSA-side folded extension 41a formed by folding both ends of the central flat section 41c and contacted with the TOSA 15, and a ROSA-side folded extension 41b contacted with the ROSA 16. Top ends of the folded extensions 41a, 41b are not contacted with each other. Since the top ends of the folded extensions 41a, 41b are not contacted with each other, heat generated in the TOSA 15 is not thermally coupled with heat generated in the ROSA 16, and thus heat is effectively radiated from the central flat section 41c of the heat radiating member 41.
