PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition whose cured product is excellent in transparency and heat resistance, has a low shrinkage ratio and exhibits good mold releasability from a resin-made mold, particularly a polycarbonate-made mold. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition comprises epoxy (meth)acrylate (A), at least one hydroxypivalic acid-based neopentylglycol ester di(meth)acrylate (B) selected from among hydroxypivalic acid neopentylglycol ester di(meth)acrylate, lactone-modified hydroxypivalic acid neopentylglycol ester di(meth)acrylates and alkylene oxide-modified hydroxypivalic acid neopentylglycol ester di(meth)acrylates, and a photopolymerization initiator (C).
