摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further accurately estimate consumption energy of a cooling fan in a cooling system having the cooling fan used for cooling a radiator connected to an internal combustion engine and a fluid coupling for transmitting motive power from the internal combustion engine to the cooling fan while adjusting a hydraulic fluid supplied to a torque transmission part. SOLUTION: A rotating speed sensor is installed on a crankshaft of an engine, and a rotating speed sensor is installed on the cooling fan, and the consumption energy of the cooling fan is estimated by using a map on the basis of an engine speed (a pulley rotating speed Np) and a fan rotating speed Nf detected by the respective rotating speed sensors.
