PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inserting an element into the ground capable of reducing relative errors of positioning the element and a system thereof. SOLUTION: A method for sequentially inserting an element along a preset set route by an insertion arm of an element insertion device includes a stage for deciding a pre-determined element insertion position as a function of the set route, a guiding stage for automatically guiding an arm of the element insertion device to a target position where a following element is inserted as a function of the pre-determined insertion position information of the following element and topographic information, and further includes the stage for deciding absolute errors between the pre-determined insertion position and the insertion position of the preceding element and a guiding stage for automatically guiding the insertion arm of the element insertion device to the target position where the following element is inserted in order to reduce a position deciding factor of the following element against the preceding element as the function of absolute errors of the preceding element position.
