PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock, wherein the key that can rotate the inner cylinder by inserting it into the key hole can be replaced with another key. SOLUTION: The cylinder lock is provided with an outer cylinder 1, an inner cylinder 2 rotatably arranged within the outer cylinder 1, and having a keyhole 3 formed in the direction of its axial line L as well as a plurality of tumbler holes 4 formed in a direction crossing the axial line L, and plate tumblers 5 inserted into these tumbler holes 4. The plate tumbler 5 consists of an outer tumbler piece 51, as well as an inner tumbler piece 52 movably arranged in the direction perpendicular to the axial line L, and having a key insertion part 6 along the axial line L. The relative position between the outer and inner tumbler pieces 51 and 52 is changed by inserting a relative position changing key KC1, KC2 into the keyhole 3, so that the inner cylinder 2 can be rotated with the key K1, K2 corresponding to the relative position changing key KC1, KC2.
