PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle bag usable for one-seater and two-seater. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle bag 10 for the motor bicycle has a seating part 13 on which a fellow passenger can be seated on a bottom part 12 of a bag-like body 11, has an opening part 16 opened to an upper surface 15 from a front surface 14 of the bag-like body 11 and has a cover body 17 to close the opening part 16 on the bag-like body 11. The bag-like body is used as an article case as a whole in case of the one-man riding. The seating part is exposed by opening the cover and the fellow passenger is seated on this seating part in case of the two-men riding. The bag-like body becomes a member to surround left, right and back of the hips of the fellow passenger.
