PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely turn a page by means of a simple mechanism without damaging a book. SOLUTION: Characteristically, the page 202a to be turned is displaced by a displacement means 300a so that the next page 202b can appear in the inside direction of the book; a turning lever 401a is arranged on the surface of the next page 202b which has appeared; the pressing of a displacement lever arm a is released so that the page 202a to be turned can cover the tuning lever 401a; and the page is turned by rotating the turning lever 401a.
