The device has interrogators arranged together in a preset manner in order to be arranged over a game board (100) distributed in a preset arrangement. A controller (120) is formed and coupled with transmitting/receiving devices (110-1-1110-n) to control each transmitting/receiving device to cooperate with the identification devices of the game pieces for identifying and locating the game pieces on the game board over the preset arrangement.
