The combination has tooth surfaces, two rotors (2,5) having two input shafts (1,4) in circumferential direction of permanent magnets (3,6) with changing polarity in each case. The permanent magnets of turned extent side alternating slots are formed at a stator (8) for receiving a fixed winding and stator teeth. The total area formed by permanent magnet during rotation of rotor, covered tooth surfaces remains independent of angle of rotation of rotor.
