A connector is provided to ensure ground connection by a shell part and a coaxial cable, thereby stably implementing EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) measures by surrounding signal lines through the ground connection. A connector(10) has a firs connector(20) and a second connector(40) engaged with the first connector. The first and second connectors respectively have a conductive member(36) for being electrically connected to each other. In a conductive member of one of the first and second connectors, an elastic contact part(39) is installed. When the first and second connectors are engaged, the elastic contact part presses the other side of the first and second connector in a direction that the engaged state is released.
