<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag and a method for manufacturing the IC tag, the IC tag preventing an interposer from being peeled off from an antenna base material. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag 10 is provided with: the interposer 10 equipped with an IC-chip side base part 11 formed of resin materials and an IC-chip 13 mounted on the IC-chip side base part 11; the antenna base material 20 equipped with an antenna side base part 21 formed of the resin materials and an antenna 22 formed to the antenna side base part 21; and a connection part 30 for connecting the interposer 10 and the antenna base material 20.
