<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounter in which even an operator having no technology and not yet mastering the teaching operation can perform the teaching operation easily, and to provide its teaching operation method. <P>SOLUTION: An operator inputs the model of a substrate while viewing the display screen for teaching (S1), and pushes START button (S2). A CPU 35 performs rail width adjustment (M1) by the model data file of production instructions, performs recognition teaching of a substrate mark by a mark master file (M2), performs teaching of the existence of a nozzle and the height position of its tip by a nozzle list file and a nozzle master file (M3), and performs pick point teaching by a feeder list file and a component master file before starting production. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
