<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive organic substrate provided with a light absorptive antireflection film, which excels in durability and has a reasonable visible light absorption, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The organic substrate with light absorptive antireflection film and the manufacturing method thereof are characterized by building up of an adhesive layer 12 comprising principally of a nitride of silicon, a light absorptive film 13 and a low refractive index film 15, on a plasma-surface-treated organic substrate 10, in this order from the substrate side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
