<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the appearance of a foamed injection molded product being a trim part for an automobile and to reduce a production cost. <P>SOLUTION: A door trim base material 40 is manufactured using an injection molding machine 10 which has a fixed mold 11, a movable mold 12 and the movable jig 16 provided to the movable mold 12. First, a non-foamed resin 41 is injected in the cavity 13 formed between the fixed mold 11 and the movable mold 12 to be solidified. Next, the movable mold 12 is retracted by the movable jig 16 while holding the non-foamed resin 41 to the contact state with the fixed mold 11 (shown in the figure). Subsequently, the movable jig 16 is retracted from the fixed mold 11 and a foamable resin is injected in the space formed by retracting the movable mold 12 and the movable jig 16. Thereafter, the foamable resin is foamed by retracting the movable mold 12 and the movable jig 16 to be integrally molded along with the non-foamed resin 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
