<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for eliminating useless scrapping of recovered products. <P>SOLUTION: A planning device stores a unit expense and a unit environment load for application of one new item to a production required product, a unit expense and a unit environmental load for scrapping the recovered products to obtain one item, and a unit expense and a unit environmental load of processing applying so as to make one recovered item be usable for the production of the production required product; calculates a numerical quantity of new items to assign to produce the required product, a numerical quantity of scrapping of the recovered products, a numerical quantity for assigning the recovered items obtained from the recovered products to the production of the required product, a total expense and a total environmental load necessary for producing one or more production required products, and a difference between a total environmental load and a target value of an environment load from the read out unit expanse and the unit environmental load; and obtains a scrapping numerical quantity of the recovered products making the sum of the total expense and the difference minimum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
