<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid handling device capable of forming surely and simply a liquid interface between a first liquid and a second liquid with a simple and compact structure. <P>SOLUTION: When the first liquid is introduced into the first passage 6, the first liquid is fluidized in the third passage 6 up to the open end on the second passage 7 side by capillary phenomenon. In this case, fluidization of the first liquid in the first passage is uniformized on a passage section by action of capillary phenomenon acceleration parts 220, 230 on the groove bottom 21. When the second liquid is introduced into the second passage 7, fluidization of the second liquid is uniformized on a passage section by action of capillary phenomenon acceleration parts 220, 230 on the groove bottom 21 of the second passage 7. Resultantly, the tip of the second liquid fluidized in the second passage is fluidized approximately uniformly, and gas in the second passage 7 is pushed out surely to the outside from the fourth passage 10 by the second liquid, and the interface surface is formed at a connection part between the third passage 8 and the second passage 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
