<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly form a foamed molding having a selectively formed foam layer. <P>SOLUTION: Before the preheating process the preform 10 is in advance impregnated with gas bubbles, then in the preheating process the part to be heated 12 excluding at least a part of the preform 10 is heated and softened, thereafter in the molding process the part to be heated 12 of the preform 10 is molded, and in these preheating and molding processes, by the heat acting on the part 12 to be heated of the preform 10, the gas bubbles, of the above gas bubbles, impregnated into the part to be heated 12 of the preform 10 are selectively expanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
