PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire internal pressure controlling device which can control the maneuverability of a vehicle by using a pneumatic tire equipped with a plurality of air chambers in the tread width direction, and to provide a pneumatic tire controlling system, a vehicle, and a pneumatic tire internal pressure controlling method. SOLUTION: Pneumatic tires 20FL, 20FR, 20RL and 20RR have a plurality of air chambers in the tread width direction. This pneumatic tire internal pressure controlling device 100 is equipped with a sensor section 120 and a controller 110. In this case, the sensor section 120 indicates that an automobile 10 is going to run in the left direction or the right direction to the controller 110.
