PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply optimum image processing to original image data and reduced image data. SOLUTION: A reduced image producing section 204a reduces the original image data received from an imaging device 203 to produce the reduced image data, an image processing judgment section 204b judges kinds of image processes required to be applied to the original image data and the reduced image data, and an image processing section 204c respectively applies different processes to the original image data and the reduced image data in accordance with a result of the judgment by the image processing judgment section 204b.
