PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change control device of a tractor enabling efficient and stable travelling operation of the tractor by avoiding unexpected speed change control due to incorrect transmission of an auxiliary speed change position sensor signal while securing speed change control by memory speed change reflecting an intention of an operator operating an auxiliary speed change lever. SOLUTION: The speed change control device of the tractor is provided with a speed change control part C for switching and controlling a main speed change part 1 to a main speed change position corresponding to a longest use based on a cumulative use time which is stored in advance by using an auxiliary speed change position sensor signal for detecting a switching operation of the auxiliary variable speed lever 25 to a speed change position. The speed change for switching and controlling the main speed change part 1 when detecting the auxiliary speed change position sensor signal immediately before once again by the variable speed control part C is applied under condition that a main clutch 40 for disconnecting travelling power from an engine E is in operation.
