PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a different kind of freezing container which provides an existing system with a communication method having a different system in a remote monitoring system of the freezing container. SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system has a first monitoring system to monitor a first freezing container 1A at a first monitoring center 10, by communicating between a terminal apparatus 4A of the first freezing container 1A and a first monitoring apparatus 11 of the first monitoring center 10; and a second monitoring system to monitor a second freezing container 1B at a second monitoring center 20, by communicating between the terminal apparatus 4B of the second freezing container 1B and a second monitoring apparatus 21 of the second monitoring center 20, using a different communication method from the first monitoring system. The second monitoring center 20 is provided with an auxiliary terminal apparatus 25 to convert the communication method of the second monitoring system into the communication method of the first monitoring system, and the communication is achieved between the first monitoring apparatus 11 of the first monitoring center 10 and the terminal apparatus 4B of the second freezing container 1B.
