PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web server whose mobility is secured. SOLUTION: This method for operating a detachable flash memory as a Web server comprises a step for connecting a flash memory on which at least a Web OS, mail server, file server, streaming, DB server, CGI, HTML, ASP, JAVA(R), SQL and ODBC function program are loaded to a host computer; a step for confirming whether or not a Web server execution file has been selected, a step for loading the network IP address of the host computer, and a step for parking the selected IP address.
