PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic switch capable of executing accurate switching without decreasing the productivity and increasing the cost. SOLUTION: When an input magnetic flux density B is within±S1, a difference between output voltages of MR sensors 11 and 12 is almost zero. When the input magnetic flux density B is the S1 or over and a S2 or below, a difference voltage between an output voltage V1 of the MR sensor 11 and an output voltage V2 of the MR sensor 12 linearly changes depending on the input magnetic flux density B. The difference voltage is compared with a discrimination threshold at which the switch is turned on and with a discrimination threshold at which the switch is turned off. Let a point when the difference voltage V1-V2 reaches a Vt (from L to H level) or over be a magnetic flux density Bop, a point when the difference voltage V1-V2 reaches a Vt (from H to L level) or below be a magnetic flux density Brp, a switching output be H when the input magnetic flux density is the Bop or over, and a switching output be L when the input magnetic flux density is the Brp or below.
