PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slipping hot melt composition which has auto adhesiveness and surface tackiness but can be removed, and to provide a carpet, a floor material, and the like, which each can be produced by coating the back side of the material with the hot melt composition. SOLUTION: The anti-slipping adhesive hot melt composition is characterized by comprising 100 pts.wt. of a styrenic block copolymerization elastomer (A), 200 to 600 pts.wt. of an oil (B), and 200 to 300 pts.wt. of a tackifying resin (C), and the carpet, the floor material, and the like each using the composition.
