PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial robot control device having a good efficiency and an energy-saving effect with a small number of procedures when servo power sources for a plurality of connected robots are turned on/off for each robot. SOLUTION: The industrial robot control device comprises: servo control means for switching ON/OFF of servo power sources connected to a plurality of robots according to servo control signals Sj; a robot selection part RS outputting robot selection signals Rs for selecting the robots to be objects for manual operation; a deadman switch DS; a moving direction indicating part MD outputting moving direction signals Md; and a servo condition transition control unit SJ outputting the servo control signals Sj for switching the servo power source corresponding to the selected robot ON according to the robot selection signals Rs when the ON-operation signals or moving direction signals Md from the deadman switch DS are inputted.
