PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize a seat cushion pad having a function of reducing fatigue satisfactorily by softening a thigh receiving part, while suppressing an unnatural feeling in sitting. SOLUTION: This seat cushion pad consists of an elastic foaming body including: a buttock receiving part 6 receiving and supporting the buttocks of a seated person; and a thigh receiving part 7 receiving and supporting the thigh part, and is provided with a pressure reducing means 10 for reducing the pressure of the thigh receiving part 7 with respect to both the thigh parts of the sitting person. The pressure reducing means 10 is constituted so that a recessed part 9 which is opened toward a front M and recessed toward a rear part N, is provided on the front surface 8 of the thigh receiving part 7,.
