A pinion-integrated motor is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of a geared motor by decreasing a thermal deformation of a motor shaft by reducing a length of the motor shaft. A pinion-integrated motor includes a motor shaft(104), a rotor yoke(140), a permanent magnet(144), a cylindrical stator yoke(148), and plural armature coils(142). A pinion is integrated with the motor shaft. The rotor yoke is rotated with the motor shaft. The permanent magnet is fixed on the rotor yoke. The cylindrical stator yoke is arranged toward a radius direction of the motor shaft with a predetermined distance between the stator yoke and the permanent magnet. The armature coils are arranged on an inner periphery of the stator yoke. The armature coils are coaxially wound to form a flat structure.
