Toy construction elements are provided to be attached to each other, and to be used to form plural objects that have different shapes while the body thereof includes imaginary animals, toys, vehicles, toy houses, etc. A toy construction element is a diagonal body including plural concave portions, and a single protruding portion. Each concave portion has a triangular shape and includes an outer edge(52a) that is formed by one side edge of the body. The concave portion includes a couple of inner edges(52b,52c) that extend from an outer edge(52a) and cross each other. Each concave portion includes a circular opening that is complementary to a boss of a fixing tool. Each piece of the fixing tool is fixed on each concave portion of the diagonal body.
