A transparent cover for a fuel injection port of a vehicle is provided to display various lighting effecting as well as to check visually whether a fuel injection port plug is closed or not by installing a transparent plate having light illuminating element fitting grooves on an edge plate. A transparent cover for a fuel injection port of a vehicle comprises a transparent plate(10) having high impact resistance and unaffected by temperature changes, an edge plate(20) having a mounting protrusion(21) for allowing edges of the transparent plate to be mounted, and a covering plate(30) for preventing the transparent plate mounted on the mounting protrusion from being shifted. A grooved part(11) is designed in a predetermined shape at the center of the transparent plate. Fitting grooves(12) are formed on the edges of the transparent plate for inserting illuminating elements(40). End grooves(13) are formed on the edges for placing the electric wires for the illuminating elements. The covering plate hides the electric wires placed in the end grooves, and allows the light from the illuminating elements to project towards the transparent plate only.
