METALLIC LAMINATE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF

A metal laminate plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance an anti-bending property of the metal laminate plate by controlling an elasticity modulus of a resin layer. A metal laminate plate includes a metal layer(10) and a resin layer(20). The metal layer is a copper layer. The resin layer includes first and second resin layers. The first polyimide-group resin layer(21) is laminated on the metal layer. The second polyimide-group resin layer is laminated on the first polyimide-group resin layer. An elasticity modulus of the resin layer at a room temperature is smaller than 6500 Mpa. The metal laminate plate is processed by more than 300 times of test processes which repeatedly fold the metal laminate plate until the metal laminate plate is torn apart. During the test process, a weight of 500g is applied on the metal laminate plate and a folding radius is adjusted to be 0.8mm.
