PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver capable of performing combination of a commercial desired by a user. SOLUTION: When a commercial satisfies the J-th condition, a combining part 27 reads image data allocated to the J-th condition from a storing part 26, and when a synchronizing signal is detected, the combining part 27 combines an image represented by the image data read from the storing part 26 with a video represented by a video signal outputted from a decoding part 22 and outputs the resultant video.
