<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an electric power steering device capable of reliably reducing the hitting noise at a rack end in any road surface state or any vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the electric power steering device operates the current command value of a motor for providing the steering assist force to a steering mechanism based on the steering torque and the vehicle speed, and performs the drive control of the motor by the feedback control.
