PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an advertiser to freely control customer unit prices for consumers gathering to the advertiser; to smoothly operate a commission system for an advertisement charge; and to make a consumer coming to the advertiser a repeater by giving freshness to the consumer with a coupon. SOLUTION: In a measuring method for advertisement effect and an advertisement method using the measuring method, a measuring instrument 13 having a capsule 15 in its inside as shown in Fig. 1 and having a mechanism to take out and hand the capsule 15 over to a consumer when a coin is inserted is installed at the advertiser 12 so that the advertiser 11 measures the number of consumers 14 viewing an advertisement.
