PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor apparatus which prevents a magnetic sensing part from tilting without increasing costs. SOLUTION: In the magnetic sensor apparatus 1, a magnetic sensing part 25 provided with a magnetic resistance pattern at its center part is formed in the principal surface of a rigid substrate 10, a first terminal part 21 is formed at an end part 11 on one side, and a second terminal part 22 is formed at an end part 12 on the other side. A first flexible substrate 31 is connected to the end part 11 on the one side of the rigid substrate 10, and a second flexible substrate 32 is connected to the end part 12 on the other side. The rigid substrate 10, the first flexible substrate 31, and the second flexible substrate 32 are fixed in a sensor holder 6 in such a way that the back side of a base film at part connected to the rigid substrate 10 in the first flexible substrate 31 and the second flexible substrate 32 matches a reference surface 60 of the sensor holder 6.
