PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of steam heating wherein heat exchange is too inefficient and uneconomical to obtain a sufficient heating effect. SOLUTION: The heating steam released to a heating chamber is securely and slowly distributed on the whole bottom of a pot body of the steam-heated boiling pot to securely and evenly heat the whole pot in a wide range. A plurality of fins are attached on the outer surface of the bottom of the pot body at prescribed intervals from the center on the concentric circles in the shape of multiple rings, or alternatively, a plurality of fins are attached on the outer surface of the bottom of the pot body and on the inner surface of a jacket on the concentric circles from the respective centers and alternately at prescribed intervals in the shape of multiple rings to improve the efficiency in the heat exchange of the heating steam.
