PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine stretching a wider area of the body of a massaged person and improving the stretching effect. SOLUTION: The massaged person seated on a body 1 operates a first switch disposed in a grip 71b while holding the grip 71b of a first stretch bar 71 to start the tilting of a backrest part 3. When the backrest part 3 is tilted at a desired reclining angle, the massaged person operates the first switch again to stop the tilting of the backrest part 3, so that the whole upper half body of the massaged person is stretched.
