Disclosed is a compound of multi-branched structure characterized by containing a light-emitting material for organic electroluminescent devices which can be produced easily and enables to realize high luminous efficiency and long life. Also disclosed are and organic electroluminescent device comprising such a compound of multi-branched structure, a display or illuminating device using such an organic electroluminescent device, and a method for producing such a compound of multi-branched structure.
